Our Craft

Every Valises piece is created with an appreciation for traditional craftsmanship and timeless design. As each piece is made from genuine leather, natural variations in grain, colour, texture, creases, and markings may occur.

These subtle differences are not imperfections. They are the character of natural leather—and part of what makes each Valises piece uniquely yours.

Our Collections

Product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials, and images are provided with care to represent each creation as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to natural leather characteristics, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Orders

Every order is prepared with attention to detail. Once an order has been confirmed, our atelier begins preparing your piece for its journey.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact, billing, and delivery information at the time of purchase.

Made To Order

Certain Valises creations may be prepared specifically upon request. Made-to-order pieces require additional time because craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

Once the creation process has begun, cancellation or modification may not always be possible.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed by Valises are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price presented at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by Valises.

Delivery

Once your piece has passed its final inspection, it is carefully prepared for dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, transportation conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want every Valises experience to be worthy of the craftsmanship behind it. Returns and refunds are therefore handled according to our Refund Policy.

Natural variations in leather—including grain, colour, texture, wrinkles, marks, and developing patina—are considered characteristics of genuine leather and are not normally regarded as manufacturing defects.

Care & Responsibility

Leather is a living material. With time and use, it naturally develops character and patina.

We encourage every Valises owner to care for their piece thoughtfully and to allow the leather to evolve naturally through its journey.

Intellectual Property

The Valises name, identity, logo, photography, product designs, written content, imagery, and other original creative materials belong to Valises unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
