Once your piece leaves our atelier, we entrust it to a carefully arranged delivery journey—so it can arrive ready to become part of yours.

We believe craftsmanship should never be rushed.

For in-stock pieces, orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days.

For made-to-order pieces, preparation generally requires 7–14 business days, allowing our artisans the time needed to complete the work with the attention it deserves.

Delivery Across Bangladesh.

After dispatch, standard delivery within Bangladesh generally takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery times may vary between Dhaka and locations outside Dhaka, particularly for remote or less accessible destinations.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges are determined according to the destination, order, and available delivery service and will be communicated during the ordering process.

Where tracking is available, delivery information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

When Time Takes a Little Longer.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, weather, transportation conditions, courier operations, remote-area delivery, or other unforeseen events.

When such circumstances arise, we appreciate your patience while your piece completes its journey.

Please provide a complete and accurate name, phone number, and delivery address when placing your order.

Delays or additional delivery attempts caused by incomplete or incorrect information may fall outside the responsibility of Valises.

When Your Piece Arrives.

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, please document the condition and contact Valises as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.
