Every Valises bi-fold begins as a paper pattern refined over years of prototyping. Leather is selected for grain consistency, then cut by hand. Our artisans use saddle stitching — two needles and waxed thread — so a single broken stitch cannot unravel the seam.
Edges are bevelled, sanded, and burnished until smooth. The process takes hours per piece, but the result is a wallet built to last decades, not seasons.
